About me

Business know how, tested in the field

Cross-industry professional with experience in hands-on wildlife care, business systems design, consultative sales and financial analysis. Most recently worked with a South African cheetah sanctuary, first as an animal caretaker coordinating international volunteer teams, then designing and rolling out its volunteer onboarding and animal records systems, which supported $300K in revenue in the first three months. Backed by a chartered accounting qualification, I'm now looking to bring that mix of animal-care, operational and commercial experience to business operations and coordination roles that support animal conservation.

Zoological information management · 100+ animals

Animal records system

One place for every animal's details: when they were born, what food they get, their weights and what medication they're on. It replaced scattered spreadsheets and chat-group weigh-in logs.

  • Mapped the records staff actually kept, then designed the data model around them
  • Trained the animal team and supported adoption until it was the daily default
$300K revenue supported in the first three months

Volunteer onboarding system

A start-to-finish path for international volunteers, from first enquiry to their first shift. Bookings, paperwork and payments live in one system, so staff spend less time chasing details.
